Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

We do our best to ship out your order of in-stock items within 48 to 72 hours. Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1:30 pm est will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are processed and shipped from New York City. Delivery times vary depending on method chosen at checkout and where in the country you live. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.

Transit Times:
USPS 1st Class -- 3-5 days
USPS Priority Mail -- 1-3 days
UPS Ground -- 3-5 days
Sock of the Month Club is only available to ship within the United States.

 

Returns
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Ozone Design Inc. within 30 days of the order date in unworn and perfect condition (including hangers and original packaging) along with an email to ozone.orders @ ozonesocks.com requesting a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounting @ ozonesocks.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to ozone.orders @ ozonesocks.com and send your item to the address below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do your socks have a warranty?

Socks don't last forever, but if they fall apart with a couple of washes, something is not right. Let us know the details, and we'll see what we can do. Emails and pictures should be sent to ozone.orders @ ozonesocks.com.
